CAN YOU TATTOO SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18?
No, even with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Current photo identification will be required.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRICE FOR A TATTOO?
Our shop minimum is $100.00. The price of your tattoo will be determined by size, style, location and detail. Consultations are free.
ARE APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY?
We work by appointment but gladly accept walk-ins if our schedule allows. Please feel free to come by the shop during opening hours or email ahead to enquire.
HOW DO I MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
To make an appointment please click on the contact page and fill out our form with as much information as possible and we will contact you about making a time for your appointment.
CAN I BRING MY FRIENDS?
We value all of our customers privacy and do not want overcrowding in the studio. Therefore we ask customers being tattooed to not bring friends or family members into the tattooing area.
CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY MIND?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule we require a minimum notice period of 48 hours before the time of your appointment. We are happy to roll the deposit over to another day if you need to reschedule your appointment, and let us know more than 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment, you lose your deposit. We require a minimum of 48 hours (business days) notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment/s. Multiple cancellations/no shows may require you to make full payment of your booked service in order to secure an appointment. Please note, we cannot accept cancellations/messages outside of our operating hours.
